ShaJay Consulting's virtual assistant, I have had the privilege of witnessing Shannon's incredible journey and supporting her every step of the way. From managing her schedule to handling emails, and calls, helping to develop copywriting and even graphic design work, my role has been to ease her load and ensure smooth operations. One of my proudest accomplishments has been building Shannon's website from scratch, complete with an engaging blog that showcases her expertise and insights on travel and work. We are still perfecting her website but she is ready to launch at her event coming up on January 31st! It has been an exciting endeavor to bring her digital presence to life and create a platform for her to share valuable content with the world. We are excited to expand in 2024 and continue to service ShaJay Consulting.

With a keen eye for detail and creative flair, I have helped create a valuable resource that will benefit the chamber and its members. But that's not all! My expertise extended beyond design for this project. I provided training to the entire team at the chamber on utilizing their CRM platform. By sharing my knowledge and skills, I have empowered the team to streamline their processes and maximize their efficiency.

Testimony from Resume Writing

Resume designer and career optimization expert project has been making waves in the community. With my corporate expertise, I have successfully helped numerous individuals in designing, developing, and optimizing their resumes to stand out from the competition. One of my greatest accomplishments is the track record of assisting seven individuals in landing their dream jobs. Imagine the joy and excitement that filled these individuals' hearts when they received that long-awaited job offer! In one particular case, I worked closely with someone who had faced multiple rejections while applying for the same position. With my guidance and expertise, this individual finally achieved success by securing the job they had been striving for. It's incredible how a resume and some support turned their career trajectory around.

Closing Thoughts: Looking Forward to a Bright Future in 2024 and Thank you for reading my Year in Review

Now that 2023 has come and gone, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the year and express my gratitude for the ongoing support. Throughout this journey as a business owner, I've encountered both successes and failures. But in these experiences lie valuable lessons that have helped me learn and grow personally and professionally. I believe that it is precisely through these ups and downs that we find the strength to keep pushing forward.

I'm excited to share that my client list has expanded significantly compared to last year and we're just getting started! This growth has ignited my excitement for the coming year as I prepare to introduce new ventures and services within my business. Exploring fresh opportunities fills me with inspiration, anticipation, and a determination to create even bigger impacts in my community.

Firstly, now that the SBFCA website has been completed. The foundation has been laid and the real work begins. In 2024, we'll be introducing even more marketing strategies to enhance the online presence of SBFCA and propel its growth!

Additionally, the Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation is getting a complete makeover! I'm currently designing a completely new website for them. This project holds immense significance to me as it allows me to contribute my skills towards supporting such a worthy cause.

On an artistic front, I am collaborating with a group of people interested in rehabilitation and not incarceration to bring an immersive Prison Art Museum to life. The combination of diverse perspectives and talent sets the stage for an extraordinary experience. From laying down the foundation to developing a captivating website, this venture promises to be nothing short of a wild ride.

Last but not least, I am thrilled to share that my book "Working for Wolves' in Sheep Clothing" will be completed by June 2024. This story unravels the tale of navigating through toxic workplaces and how to win your EEOC case while shedding light on how we can collectively work towards building positive momentum through the Workplace Psychological Safety Act. Legislation like this needs to happen as my story is not the only one!
